The senior advantage team is knowledgeable on housing options available to seniors including condominiums, apartment communities, 55 and over communities, and assisted living facilities.In addition to these services intended to meet the needs of seniors needing housing, the team also offers some specialty services for seniors who need to sell their homes.

There is no extra cost. Our fees are just our customary marketing fees. There are additional costs associated with movers, contactors, auctioneers that are determined by those providers, should you elect to use their services. The Senior Advantage team would not charge additionally for it's help in facilitating those services.
